Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The request is made within 3 days of receiving the order

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or incorrect)

Return Process

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the product

  3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • The ordered product is unavailable, or

  • A return request is approved and replacement is not possible

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.
